Civil Wedding in a Medieval Village
The smallest Theatre in the world
Medieval village, located in the province of Perugia.
Civil Wedding are performed in the Town Hall and also in the caractheristic Theatre of the Union, the smallest theatre in the world! There are only 99 seats. The architecture design is a typical Italian design: bell shape with narrow hall opening to a proscenium and stage.
Several known artists have performed at this Theatre and every year, many shows take place: prose, opera, concerts.
It was constructed, initially, by some local families at the beginning of the 19th Century during the Napoleonic occupation. It was opened in 1808. Inside you can admire the frescoes decorated by Luigi Agretti in 1892.
The building has been restored several times and reopened in 1993.
It is a magical setting for your Civil Wedding!
