14th Century Towan Hall in the heart of Assisi
Civil Wedding in Assisi can take place in Palazzo dei Priori, a beautiful building dated back to 14th Century. The caractheristic of this Town Hall is the irregular facade which is the result of four different buildings joined to each other over the centuries.
The building was restored in 1927 and today hosts the Town Hall and an impressive Pinacoteca with several frescoes and one of them portrays the Virgin Mary with the Child on a throne surrounded by Saints, painted by the followers of Giotto.
