Medieval Castle In The Heart of Tuscany

Situated in the heart of the lovely Chianti Classico hills, this castle is an ideal setting for your memorable event.

Originally built in the 1200s for military purposes, a restoration process in a neo-classical style near the end of the 1800s rendered it more refined and hospitable than most of the other castles in Tuscany.

The castle surrounds the picturesque courtyard. A wonderful example of medieval architecture, it is usually the centerpiece of every summer event, accommodating up to 220 people seated. A retractable cover can be installed in case of bad weather, and being transparent, does not detract from the charm of your surroundings.

Outdoor ceremonies, whether civil, religious, or symbolic, can be organized on any of the grounds, either in the garden, or in the private chapel. A quaint jewel of Gothic architecture.

A fully equipped kitchen is on site and the quality of menu proposals can compete with any renowned restaurant. Those passionate about wine must take the guided tour of the underground cellars. With a variety of options, and extreme flexibility, their service is dedicated to fulfilling your wishes no matter what style of reception you choose - buffet or table service, brunch or gala dinner, or even a Renaissance-themed event complete with original costumes, ancient recipes, jesters, musicians and the like dining by torchlights!
