Wine lovers will already know of Primtivo, the beautiful red wine grapes grown in Puglia, producing one of the world's most famous and delicious wines.

The resort's organic vineyard can be a found just a few kilometres away from the hotel, boasting one hundred hecares of Primitivo, Negroamaro and orchards. Here it is possible to taste fine vintages in a traditional trullo.

Back at the resort, the onsite restaurant serves the most wonderful, fresh Mediterranean cuisine, the chef uses locally sourced and grown produce from their own kitchen gardens and the freshest fish from the nearby coast - some of Puglia's best beaches are just 20 minutes away by car.

Their reknown chef would also be the talent behind your wedding celebrations. The manor house is surrounded by Italian gardens, patios and courtyards, peaceful and perfectly perserved spaces for each moment of the wedding day. From an intimate spot for your ceremony to dining and dancing under the stars, you are spoilt for choice for beautiful backdrops for your wedding in Puglia.

This historical castle has been given a modern twist, now a stunning mansion, maintaining the majestic honey-coloured walls, featuring traditional impressive architecture with a fresh feeling inside. Complete with tower and turrets on the outside, history is preserved. The inside subtly combines these traditions with an artistic and vibrant style.

The rooms onsite are extremely comfortable and spacious, each room has it's own style and subtle differences in design. Light, airy but still cosy, with luxury amenities. The result is a marriage of minimalism, warmth and subtle deco.

Inside, the social and shared areas include stunning relax areas to unwind with a drink or one of the many wines on offer in house, to read, converse, or admire the surrounding landscapes, vinegards and rural life.

The outdoor pool is spacious, tranquil, surrounded by gardens. The perfect place for an aperitif!
