Luxury Villa on the Lake shore

Dated back to the 18th Century, formerly belonging to a Papal Family, this Property was built by Count Passalacqua and it has been designed by the Swiss architect, Felice Soave.

The Italian compositor Bellini lived here from 1829 to 1833, and, inspired by its beauty, he wrote some of his most beautiful operas, such as Norma and Sonnambula.

The exterior has a simple symmetrical facade, whilst the interior is very rich and beautifully decorated with amazing painted ceilings. You can admire amazing antiques, sculptures and paintings, like a fresco by Appiani in the dining room, as well as gorgeous Venetian chandeliers.

The dining room is an oval shaped room with 16 marble columns and, in a separate area, there is a marble fireplace where to relax.

At the Villa there are several chances of entertainment, such as watching a movie in the cinema room, playing biliard, or sip a drink at the incredibile mahogany bar. On the first floor there is also a workout room with stunning views of the Lake.

The 9 suites have been recently restored: they have carved ceilings, marble floors and antique furnishings. They are all unique and beautiful!

The Villa boasts amazing gardens with gorgeous plants and fountains. During your stay, you can have the possibility to access to the rose garden, the olive groves, the Tuscan garden and taste their fresh fruits.

The spectacular swimming terrace has a stunning swimming pool surrounded by lemon and olive trees. The Villa faces the lakes shore and has a private dock area, filled with roses, jasmine and oleander.
