A thousand-star rating wouldn't begin to describe the job Valentina and IWE did for our wedding. We could not have asked for anything more than the service we received.
When we told people we were planning a wedding in Italy, the most common response was "How are you doing it from so far away? Isn't that so much more stressful?" With Valentina, it was exactly the opposite. At the start, she spent the time getting to know us as a couple and what was important to us for the event. As we planned the celebration, Valentina's communication was consistent, remarkably organized, and made us feel relaxed throughout the entire process. She made fabulous recommendations and anticipated our needs before we knew them. The best example of this was the day-long boat cruise we planned for our guests the day before the wedding. After understanding the type of cruise we wanted to have (a party), Valentina gave us options of boats and recommended what turned out to be the perfect one. When we thought we could just tell our guests to get food at the ports as the boat docked, Valentina recommended we have food catered on the boat (and with all the alcohol that was consumed, we were incredibly thankful for this). But what made us feel the most at ease happened the day before the cruise when the weather looked like it wouldn't allow for us to take the boat out the next day. As Valentina explained the situation, we asked what could be done for a plan b. Without missing a beat, she let us know she already booked a villa in Positano and contacted the caterers to make sure we could bring the food and drinks to the villa. Valentina was always one step ahead of us, anticipating our needs, and making our lives stress free.
When the wedding wrapped up, the saddest part was this marked the end of our working relationship with Valentina. IWE and Valentina will always be part of the absolute best week of our lives.
