Chris & Amy - 2014
Chris and I had our hearts set on marrying in Italy and knew to do it we would need a great deal of help as neither of us can speak Italian. As we started researching venues etc we discovered The Italian Wedding event and began speaking with Fede.
Fede was extremely helpful and friendly from our first communication with her and within no time at all we found ourselves meeting her in person at the venue we had chosen to view in Lake Orta. We all hit it off instantly (it's very hard not to like Fede!) and shared the same ideas on how a wedding at this venue should be. We booked up immediately and started our planning from here.
We worked closely with Fede and then also Francesca , or Francy as we have come to know her for the next year. Nothing was too much trouble and we must have emailed almost every day with questions back and forth. Not once were we left waiting for a response.
I'm sure Fede and Francy are extremely busy with numerous weddings yet we were never made to feel that we were anything but a priority. We finally got to meet Francy the day before the wedding and she was so welcoming and filled us with assurance that she had everything under control.
Francy and Fede turned our dream wedding into reality with such ease. I honestly think the girls made it easier for us to plan the wedding abroad then we would have in the UK and it was just a fairy tale.
We believe that our payment to The Italian Wedding Event was the best spent money in the entire wedding and would recommend them to anyone looking to marry in Italy 100%.
We will actually miss the contact with both Fede and Francy and hope to stay in touch from now on. A massive thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. We couldn't have done it without you.
