The 18th Century Palace In The Heart Of Positano

There is an old and new part to this hotel and both parts are beautiful and very harmonious, the minute you step into the walled palace and its gardens you will feel as if you've left the world behind! The old wing is an historical Palazzo with tall windows and wrought-iron balconies; the new wing is a whitewashed Mediterranean building with arches and terraces. You can relax in antique accented lounges or in the charming vine-draped patio, and enjoy gorgeous views of its enchanting garden with a wonderful pool.

The architecture is certainly one of a kind as this was built as the summer home of a former Marshal of France and King of Naples. Original features have been maintained without neglecting all the modern comforts of a First class hotel.

Dining in the garden at night will be one of the most magical experiences of your reception in Positano. Possibility of holding a reception in the terraces or gardens lit up by torches. We consider this one of the best options for a very sophisticated and romantic wedding reception and recommend that it be used in the evening when the lighting is at its best.

On special occasions, the courtyard/patio is the site of chamber music concerts.

The furnishings are period pieces and antiques the colouring is gentle and soft. The views are breathtaking and the serenity exudes calmness and beauty. During the summer the patio offers the perfect setting classical music concerts and the gardens are perfect for a reception, dinner and cocktails.

The restaurant in the midst of the lush foliage of a botanical garden full of rare tropical plants and colourful flowers. Incredible atmosphere specially in the evening when tables are beautifully set on the patio and guests can dine under the stars with a delicate scent of flowers perfuming the air.

The restaurant can hold a maximum of 80 guests. Possibility to rent the whole restaurant for private and exclusive parties. Open from April until October. They offer the best of Mediterranean cuisine combined with an excellent service and warm hospitality.

During summer a buffet breakfast is served outdoors amongst bougainvillea, palms and flowers.

The welcome cocktail  takes place exclusively in the courtyard area of the hotel, while for the wedding reception there are two spaces available, selected based on the size of the event: up to 50 people the pool area and from 50 to max 80 guests the exclusive use of the main restaurant outdoor area is mandatory.
