You need to pay the deposit because when we hire vendors we are making a commitment on your behalf. And there are deposits that have to be paid in order to hold some bookings. And, 90% of our time is spent working for you well before the event.

The remaining fees are paid on the day of the event. We need to be certain that the funds are in place before we can disburse them.
