XIV Century Villa Hotel

As you surely know already in Italy civil weddings need to be performed in a town hall in order to be legally recognized. We do highly recommedn this venue because here the exception is allowed…You could in fact get married civilly outdoor in the gardens of the villa with a stunning lake view!!!

This is the only venue where civil weddings are permitted in Lake Como.
Besides this, it is also a great choice from a logistic point of view, because you could have the ceremony, reception and even accommodation , ALL IN ONE PLACE! This will surely help you to save lots of money in transportations

The Villa is situated in a charming spot on the shores of the lake of Como and offers 32 rooms, each different from the other, and 4 suites, able to accommodate up to 4 people, for a total of 75 beds.

The silent and exclusive rooms, furnished with flair and elegance, are fitted with every comfort, intended for those who are fond of small details. They offer a unique charm transferring a feeling of comfort and great liveability, and make the villa the ideal place for a pleasant stay in a relaxing atmosphere.
In case you intend to book the entire villa for your guests special prices can be available for you according to the period and availability.
An early booking is suggested for this venue since it is very requested. Usually they do request a deposit from Euro 1,000 up to Euro 1,500, depending on the type of event.

It is possible to celebrate your symbolic or civil wedding in the gardens of the villa overlooking the lake. A wonderful Romanic Church, for your catholic wedding is only 2 minutes walking from the Villa. We do refer to the magnificient church of  San Giorgio, which is the only church in Lake Como where they do allow catholic weddings for foreigners.

This Villa offers the possibility to organise banquets and receptions putting at disposal wide and elegant rooms, able to accommodate up to 130-140 people. The villa does not use an external caterer company but it has its own Restaurant which proposes refashioned local and international dishes and is glad to receive you in one of the most romantic and picturesque settings of the Lake. For smaller groups up to 40-50 pax we do higlhy recommend a candle light dinner reception outdoor….super romantic!!!!

The villa allows only 1 wedding per day therefore your intimacy is guaranteed in this venue.
